We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER CARD and APPLE PAY.
International shipping
We offer Free shipping for worldwide destination by Hong Kong Post.
Delivery within 14days after goods is shipped. Estimate shipping date is mentioned in item detail.
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.
Tracking number will be emailed once shipment is arranged. Shipping address and Contact cannot be changed once the shipment is arranged.
Shipping Policy
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you.
Please keep your order confirmation email as an invoice for custom clearance if needed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different color or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund.
Product Care
Only use Dry/ Soft cloth for general care. Do not Wash.
GOGOGO cannot be responsible for damage caused to products where alternative cleaning processes are used.
Ensure products are stored inside non-woven bag/ dust bag in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

我們提供全球免運費，所有訂單由香港郵政寄出。
派遞日期約為發貨後的十四天內。發貨期已註明於每件產品明細內。
國際運費不包括稅費。 請聯繫您當地的海關辦事處索取這些費用的詳細信息。
當發貨已預定，快遞單號將以電郵通知。當收到快遞單號後是不能修改收件地址資料。
送貨政策
一旦貨物到達您的國家，您可能需要繳納進口關稅和稅款。 額外的清關費用需由客戶負責。
如果需要，請將訂單確認電郵作為清關發票。
換貨
我們不提供退換貨服務。如果您希望更換已購買貨品之顏色或款式，請把原有訂單申請退款，並重新下單。
產品保養
大部份貨品，請以軟及乾布打理。不能清洗。
我們不能負責任何人為及清潔劑對產品造成的損壞。
請把產品存放在防塵袋及無紡布袋內，及存放於陰涼位置，避免陽光直射。
